Low-budget KitKat smartphone
The Onida i012 features a 3.5-inch LCD display with capacitive touch which offers a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels and a pixel density of merely 165 ppi. It runs on latest Android v4.4 KitKat OS.
At the heart of the Onida i012, you can find a 1GHz processor paired with a paltry 256MB RAM. It is furnished with a 2MP digital camera at the back along with a 0.3MP snapper on the front.
The Onida i012 further enhances your troubles with an internal memory of 512MB which is of course expandable up to 32GB. The smartphone draws fuel from a 1,200mAh Li-ion battery. You can connect via Wi-Fi, GPRS with EDGE, Bluetooth, GPS and USB port.
The Onida i012 is made for people who are too tight on budget but want to explore the latest offerings from Android via KitKat. Although the poor configuration is justified by the price, the inability to support 3G is a major letdown.
