Overall: Just after two months after purchase the battery started swelling up. I am from Bengal and could not find any Support center within bengal. I called flipcart for help bt they had given an excuse of absence of replacement of battery in their business policy.though rio mobile accessories and battery covers a warranty period of 6 months. the worst experience was while trying to contact the Rio support center. they never answered my call and every time I called them, it charged me. I sent multiple emails but left with no response and with a swelled up battery which can burst at any moment risking our lives..nnPlease DO NOT Buy RIO MOBILES. please go for any other product but NOT RIO.
