It\'s getting really hard to keep track of Samsung\'s Galaxy Tab lineup — there\'s the Galaxy Tab, the Galaxy Tab 7.7, the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, the Galaxy Tab 10.1, the Galaxy Tab 8.9, and now the new Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 and the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0. The Galaxy Tab 2 models replace the 10.1 and the 7.0 Plus in the range, and do so without changing much of the hardware or aesthetic of their predecessors. Two important things did change in the new vers...
Pros: Inexpensive Runs Android 4.0 Thin and light Long battery life
Cons: Other Galaxy Tabs have better displays Android doesn't have enough good tablet apps Terrible cameras
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 offers an excellent value and a full Android 4.0 experience that no other tablet can currently match for the price....
Pros: Ice Cream Sandwich experience for only US$250; more extras than the Kindle Fire.
Cons: Screen doesn\'t look as good as other PLS displays; camera performance is lacking.
Verdict: Though it gives up a few things to get there, the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0\'s very competitive US$250 price does a great job of making you ignore those sacrifices. However, there may be tablets on the horizon that could shine a light on corners Samsung cut. ...
Editors` note : Thanks to the release of recent, high-quality tablets, the overall score of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 4G LTE (Verizon) has been adjusted down from 6.8 to 6.5....
Pros: The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 4G LTE (Verizon) includes dual cameras, memory expansion, and fast 4G LTE speeds with no contract.
Cons: $350 is a lot of money for a 7-inch tablet with the Tab 2 7.0`s feature lineup. The screen resolution is lower than the Nexus 7`s and the back camera lacks an autofocus feature.
Verdict: The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 4G LTE (Verizon) delivers on 4G speeds and features, but is too expensive to recommend....
While Apple was happily ruling the roost with its 10in iPad, Samsung was doing something different with its 7in tablets, starting off with the Samsung Galaxy Tab at the end of 2010. With a few models released since then and a proper tablet version of Android available, the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 really should be Samsung's chance to shine. Unfortunately for Samsung, Google has come along with its own competitor, the super-cheap and very powerful Google ...
Verdict: The Tab 2 is well made and has an impressive screen - but unless you want 3G, the Nexus is a better buy...

Overall: Wow!! I was one of the first to order this in flipkart. The price was 19,900 then. Never thought they would drop the prices this soon. Anyway here is my review of the product:
1. Compact and relatively light weight for a tablet
2. The screen is big enough for books and small enough to not embarass you to use in a public place(with everyone looking at you)
3. The 1 Ghz du....
