Worst Support from Sony Ericsson

I just want to share my experiences on Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo mobile from Big C shop in the month of March, 2012. I have observed that phone gets too much heat (if you start using for just 5-10 minutes). You cannot bear with this hot; I mean you can not talk at all by keeping your phone at your ear. It generates that much of heat. You just type sms with two lines or just open facebook or just save two / three phone numbers that’s it , phone gets heat like anything.
I went and shown the same thing to Big C and the response I got from them is, Android mobiles are like this only and that to Sony Ericsson brand. They suggested me to stop internet on my mobile and try. I have done the similar thing and still the same case. Then I went to Big C and asked about this problem, they asked me to check with Sony Ericsson service center.
Then again I went to Sony Ericsson service center. He started looking at my mobile and agreed that it is getting too much of heat. He suggested me that change of software will resolve the issue ( I really don’t know how software will resolve this problem, they thought that I am complete illetrate). Of course, I asked him to change the software. He told me that, after change of software if you see the problem please visit us after two days. Again same story, problem is as usual.
I went after two days and told him that I am facing the problem and explained same old story. He told that I will re-open the existing work order as it falls under the same problem. I said fine. I gave the mobile and he told me that next day he will update me the status either they will replace the mobile or repair it.
Even after 3 days also, I didn’t get any response and I could not able to reach the service center phone as the phone is always busy. I was frustrated and finally called to Sony Ericsson support center. They told me to give work order and I have provided. They said it is already closed, I told them that they said, it will re-open. No, it was not re-open and in order to proceed we need work order number.
I called next day and finally they have generated new work order number and you don’t believe I come to the date of April 24, 2012. This is almost one month process. I asked the executive, please replace my mobile. They said as per our conditions, we will just repair and will not replace.
Bought a mobile with 18,000/- (in word eighteen thousand rupees) and see what difficulties I have been facing with Sony Ericsson. They are not accepting the problem nor returning the money back. Very poor quality mobiles they are supplying.
Please don’t buy Sony Ericsson by spending such huge amount of money. Instead go for good and quality brands like Apple or Samsung. They cann’t even know how to speak to customer and does not know what is the mean of “Quality”. They want to give the mobiles with very handsome design with less quality to earn the money. Sony Ericsson guys, please maintain the quality inorder to get the confidence from the customers. QUALITY and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION should be your primary moto. Please don’t cheat the customer with bad quality of mobiles."
