The Spice Communicator N-500 flaunts a 4.5-inch LCD multi capacitive touch display with a FWVGA resolution of 480 x 854 pixels and a pixel density of 196 ppi. At the heart of the smartphone there is a 1GHz processor functioning besides a RAM of 128MB.
The Spice Communicator N-500 runs on outdated Android v2.3 Gingerbread OS. It comes with a 2MP rear camera supporting LED flash and supports video calls with a 1.3MP shooter on the front panel. An onboard memory of just 256MB makes matters worse for the user. You can of course expand it up to 32GB.
The Spice Communicator N-500 sports connectivity features in the form of Wi-Fi, GPRS with EDGE, Bluetooth and USB port. Keeping the smartphone juiced up is a 1,450mAh Li-ion battery.
The Spice Communicator N-500 has been launched for people who don't want to spend much but want to flaunt an Android smartphone. The poor configuration results in an extremely paltry performance. The absence of 3G connectivity is another big letdown.
