Just an average smartphone
Display and configuration
The Swipe Junior Smartphone features a 4.5-inch TFT display with a screen resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. Under the hood, there is a 1.3GHz processor aided with a 512MB RAM for driving the process. It features Geo-Tracking and Geo-Fencing to track one's movement and it also features SOS button for one-step dialling to a pre-defined contact. The single SIM handset runs on an outdated Android v4.4 (Kitkat) operating system and is available in blue colour.
Camera and storage
The Swipe Junior Smartphone sports a 2.0MP back camera inclusive of LED flash and digital zoom feature. There is a 0.3MP front snapper which outputs poor quality image. On the storage point, it houses an internal memory of 4GB which can further be expanded up to 32GB using a microSD card.
Battery and connectivity
The Swipe Junior Smartphone derives its energy from a 1,900mAh li-ion battery which claims to render up to 8 hours of talktime and 120 hours of standby time. It comes with a wide range of connectivity options such as GPRS, EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11, b/g/n, Mobile Hotspot, Bluetooth and USB port.
The Swipe Junior Smartphone comes with average configuration which is not strong enough to run multiple applications and heavy games. The cameras turn out to be a disappointment as well. Having said that, the phone comes at a very low cost, but it would be better to spend a few bucks more and get a device with better configuration.
