The Toshiba Satellite S50-A X2010 is slim and quite attractive on the outside. On the inside, it is also quite powerful considering its updated processor, powerful DVD Drive and high speed USB ports. A powerful GPU combined with quality speakers make it proficient for gaming as well. However, the presence of DOS in such a high priced laptop is a real drawback.

The Toshiba Satellite S50-A X2010 exhibits a 15.6 inch HD LED backlit display featuring Clear SuperView technology to guarantee enhanced visual experience. It is packed in a 23.8mm thick body with an ice silver coating on the lid which extends on to the palm rest. The keyboard comes with a black color though.
Processor and OS
At the heart of the laptop, we have a 1.6GHz Intel Core i5 processor belonging to the 4th generation family and paired with the QM87 Express chipset. It is supported by a typical 4GB DDR3 RAM which is expandable up to 16GB via the 2 unused memory slots. The presence of a dedicated 1GB NVIDIA GeForce 710M graphics card takes care of high end gaming needs proficiently. It comes preloaded with DOS which is quite disappointing considering its price.

The Toshiba Satellite S50-A X2010 has been spotted with a webcam and provides the required storage space via the 500GB SATA hard disk. Additionally, you have the facility to load info on disks courtesy the presence of an 8X SuperMulti DVD Drive.
