I purchased Ipad mini with retina display from eHaat. The product got delivered on time but when i opened the box, it seemed that box had been opened earlier and then again packed which is not expected from the seller. When i opened the box, Ipad was found to be faulty with lock button very loose and making rattling noise.nThe same day, i requested Flipkart to get the product replaced but the seller rejected the request saying that all apple products have the same issue and get some Doa letter from apple. This kind of reply and after sales support was unexpected.I feel highly disappointed.nSo, Please dont buy any apple product from eHaat.
Please refer apple india site. Price is slashed down to 21,900 for this model. Then why this price is so high.
The product is without doubt one of the best tablets available in India.nIf you have the money and wont mind a 8 inch screen absolutely go for it.nBut the delivery was not the best.nTook about 10 days to deliver and after constantly being lied to on the phone about some Logistics team calling me in the next 8 BUSINESS HOURS, I was seriously left frustrated.nI specifically ordered here because it was a gift and quick delivery was paramount. As it turns out the item reached 4 days after the occasion when the person had already left the country.nNever expected such lies and false claims from a service which I genuinely believed was the only trustworthy service available.nPlease be honest with the customers about the delivery commitments and honor them.
the device is absolutely brilliant and is equally good as the ipad mini 3 newly released which is priced higher..the apple store has reduced its price due to the release of ipad mini 3 and now it costs rs.21,900..so expecting flipkart(WS retail)to update the price and put a slightly lesser price than rs.21,900(which is expected of flipkart).

Processing speed is super(1.2ghz dual core processor) never slows down even when more apps are open & even after years(whereas in other phones will wearout in months). It won't hang at any cost.n5. Best device for gaming with quad-core graphics card.n6. U will get all the OS updates(whereas in android u won't)n7. It's 100% virus free(whereas in android no)n8. Some apps which r paid in android r free in iOS.n9. Super App Store design & max apps will b in HD.n10. Stronger wifi signal sensing & 4G compatible upto 150mbps speed.n11. Super camera clarity.n12. Whatever new apps released 1st will b in iOS & then in android.n13. Lightning connector for fast transfer & charging.nn-ve's :n1. Bit heavier, difficult to carry in hand, needs a bag(662g+ case)n2. No customisation.n3. Not expandable. 16GB won't be enough because of HD.n4. Can't transfer apps & games thru Bluetooth(whereas in android u can) & can connect to only apple devices.n5. Can't get 3rd party apps & local apps like torrent, bus timings etc.(in android u can)n6. Apps can b downloaded from AppStore & iTunes desktop only(whereas in android u can download paid apps for free from many websites) but if u jailbreak u will get all apps free.n7. No texting so u can't check ur data balance. U have to remove & insert ur sim in other phone.n8. Supports only mp4 video format(but u can download from the App Store which supports all the formats)n9. Can't connect external hard drives even thru converters.n10. Won't get earphones in the box. All equipments r costly for apple in India.
