A genuine review after using 3 days,nnPros:n1. Firstof all the mobile looks great, it is stylish and it is light weight. n2. ZenUI is awesome. HD screen is good.n3. 2GB doesn't lag at all. I had played 3 games,with wifi connection and playing music.n4. Camera during day time is superb.n5. Asus support is very good. They are giving more updates for the fixes.nnCons:n1. Battery backup could have been better.n2. Camera is dull in night time when compared to daytime. But some enhancements options are there for camera to make it better.n3. The mobile have data service support on only one sim port. Hence You need to switch the sim's manually to use data servie from other network. Hope future updates fix this issue.n4. The mobile doesn't come with headset. Hence you need to buy outside. But i had tested with Samsung headset which provides good music.

I bought almost 7 different phones for my Family Members from Flipkart in the span of 8 months and 10 orders total. Flipkart delivered all phones within 2 days from the date of purchase and thought excellent service by Flipkart. But the frustration started when I received a defective Asus Zenfone 2. This phone has hell lot of problems and I asked Flipkart to replace with new piece. Request was rejected saying Technical support executive will contact to fix the issue. This happend twice and mean time exchange policy period was expired and now Flipkart is saying to go with Service Center. This proved that Flipkart doesnt provide good service to even regular customer. Dont buy phones in Flipkart. Worst service ever.

First of all Kudos to flipkart to have delivered it before time. I received it on 9th may, so good work and the courier partner Redexpress was also very helpful. nnNow coming to the phone. I had researched for around 1.5 months to find the best phone in my price range, and I will use it for next 2 years. nI am a casual user so gaming was not a concern so from my point of view, the phone is great. nnPros:n1. It doesn't heat at all. n2. ZenUI is very smoothn3. Zenmotion is very helpfuln4. Phone is very responsiven5. Rear Camera is awesome. (I heard in manny reviews that it is not good but i found it really good. I clicked pics in direct sunlight and they were great. At night, I used the manual mode and pics were good, I need to adjust with the modes but as of now, the camera didn't disappoint me.)n6. Front camera is also good, my friends using nexus 5 and iphones said selfies were much better.n7. Phone is very light weight.n8. Black colored model has matt finish at the back so it is not slippery.n9. One hand mode of ZenUI is also very handy.n10. Battery life is also around 8-10 hours for sure, I didn't notice too much but there is an app in the phone in which we can see the duration of battery life.n11. Battery saving mode is also great, when the screen is off, the battery remains unaffected.n12. 16 gb and expandable ROM is good enough for me but for higher priced variant, you can get more internal storage and also expandable.n13. Lock screen can be customised. n14. After an FOTA update, you receive 100 gb free google drive space!nnCons:n1. The 3 buttons on the phones are not backlitn2. Screen picks up fingerprints quite a lot.n3. Only one sim supports 3g, 4g and datan(These are more like nit pickings for such a good phone) nAs of now, I have picked up on these points only and over all I love this phone. nWhichever is your price range, this phone will be good for you. 4GB variants must be better than this one..but for me, this is the best fit. nGreat work ASUS!

Camera on this phone is very bad. Except it everything is fine. Display and touch is great. Performance is good for price.nnPros.nnGreat DisplaynGood PerformancenAudio Output via earphone is fantasticnCurved design is really comfortable to hold.nDecent battery backupnnConsnnMediocore 13-mp camera with so much grainy pics even in medium lighting.nCharging is nightmare with supplied charger needs over 4 hours.nPower Key is damn difficult to press. All thanks to double tap to wake and sleep it won't be so annoying.nMobile Data can only be used in first sim. SIM 2 is just for calls and sms

I have noticed the following problems in my 10 days of use:nn1. Primary camera (13MP) is very poor.nWith the assumption that it might be a problem with the image processing software in Asus camera, I downloaded many other camera apps from play store (Google camera, Camera 360) but the pictures are still very grainy even in moderate lighting conditions.nn2. Mobile network disappears automatically for Tata Docomo. nInitially I thought this might be a problem with this particular device so I tried lodging a complaint in Asus forum. There I was surprised to see many others have the same problem. nSome people have also mentioned in the forum that call drops automatically after a certain time (5-10 mins), this has even happened to me couple of times for my Airtel number.nn3. Bluetooth disconnects by itself. nI have paired this device with my car's stereo system which disconnects automatically after every 5 minutes and connects back by itself.
