Both front and rear Cameras of ZenFone 3 taking awesome photos..No heating issues..Overall performance is good.

I had bought this phone. I really like it very much, but apparently it had a faulty display. There were dead pixel on the display. I called Flipkart and asked for a replacement. To which they replied we'll provide a refund as the replacement option is not available for this product. U can go ahead and place a new order if u want after pick up of the mobile by our technician. nnI had exchanged my old phone for Rs 5200. I was told that i would get the money back in the form of an EGV( Electronic Gift Voucher) in a max of 24 HRS. It has been close to 48 hrs. Still no response. More over the amount which was debited from my Credit card has been debited 2 times. Now my card has crossed the credit limit. Pathetic from Flipkart. To this I get a mail from Flipkart, nQUOTE[" We are sorry that due to an unforeseen issue, an amount of has been debited twice from the payment source used while placing the order. nWe assure you that a refund will be initiated and credited within the next 8 standard banking procedures."].nnI don't have a phone to use now. Is it possible to survive without a mobile in today's world??nnI wonder who is to pay for this. Who will incur the expenses on my credit card. How can they commit such atrocities. I'm really frustrated and considering taking legal actions against Flipkart. nnIts a shame on flipkart to treat their customers this way.

Review after 15 days of usage (5.2 Inch model) nPhone looks and performance are Excellent.. 5.2 Inch screes is good enough and in hand feel is great but it is very slippery in hands as it is made of glass mostly. nnBuild quality is nice but will definitely need a safety case and a tempered glass in order to avoid heavy damage.If not, you will be facing the consequences very badly. nnAs the phone made up of glass, there is definitely a chance of breaking if u drop it even from 3,4 feet height(Check the drop test video once). So we have to be aware of that. nn*Note : I accidentally dropped my phone from the top of fridge(single door) but luckily nothing happened except 2 scratches on the side frame. nnIt would have been nice if the price kept in between 18K - 20K nnAny how, product is nice and performance is also very good. I am a satisfied buyer. My ratings goes as below nnCAMERA - 4/5 (Good in daylight both front and rear but struggles a bit taking pics in night time but you have lot of modes to improve the performance)nnBATTERY - 4.5/5. (Good in day to day usage and charges completely in 1&1/2 to 2 hours. 2650mAh is doing good for me.nnPERFORMANCE - 4/5 (Zen UI is cool and have some bloatware which maybe useful for some users) Overall performance is nice.nnGAMING - 4/5 (Minor lagging some times while playing games but I observed not much heating even after playing for an half an hour continuously. Played NOVA 3, Lara Craft Relic Run and some other games and it played all the games fine)nnSOUND - 4/5 (superb via given earphones and loud speaker is okay) and it is not producing a good output if we connect through AUX cable to any speakers. So I am a bit disappointed in this segment. nnThanks for reading my review and hope it will help you in deciding whether to buy this device or not..........!

Good and very sophisticated phone, I m using Zenphone 3 or Asus for the first time and completely surprise and happy with the product.
