Intel and Asus ruined the Battery

Intel Clover Trail Atom powered Zenfone C is a average smartphone. I bought this one when my Moto E got broken. Here is the review after 3 weeks of usage : nPros:n1. Good Additions by ZenUI.n2. Camera features are good.n3. Build Quality is Solid and hardware buttons are quite good. nCons:n1. Pathetic battery life. 8 Hours max with 3G/Wifi on all the time with whatsapp and 4 push emails. With same condition my Moto E lasted 16+ Hours straight.n2. Very very poor TN screen and very poor visibility outdoorsn3. ZenUI sucking battery life hell.n4. Default ZenUI can't be disabled and it kills the kitkat experience with its poor phonebook and dialer.n5. Though Asus advertises the phone as 2x2 with Intel HT. Its performance any day is less than Sandragon 400 and frequent hangs are common with more apps n6. Screen and Back heating with 15mins of 3Gbrowsing/Gamingn7. No Screen Protectionn8. No headphones bundlednnP.S. : I am a long time Android user(Since 1.6) and Android developer. So please, I know what I am talking about. Unless Asus/Intel do something about very poor battery life, whole Smartphone definition of Zenfone C is defeated. PLEASE DO NOT BUY if you are a mid-heavy/heavy user.

Good option compared to ASUS Zenfone 4

Compared to ASUS Zenfone 4, this hasnn> IPS Displayn> Bigger Screenn> Android KitKat out-of-the-boxn> LED Flashn> Bigger Batteryn> But missing Gorilla Glass screen protectionnnAnd you pay just INR 700 extra for all that.nnI agree some may want better front camera, but then you are already getting phone for such a low price and still getting a lot of features for that price.... right?

Overheating Issue, Battery drains very fast.. Don't buy this mobile

Mobile is getting very heated even in idle state. Simple music player only making the mobile very heated and battery drains very fast. You will feel the device very hot even after taking 2-3 photos. Not a good product at all..nDon't buy this mobile. Go for Lenovo A6000 or Honor Holly..
