camera not good

As its a budget phone asus really compromised with phones quality like *build quality- we can see miss alignment of camera and other sensor . * using small finger print sensor, *using small single tone flash at both rear and front . *cheap quality and small length usb cable. *not using gorilla glass insted they use finger print magnet glass. *AND THE MOST HATED THING ITS FRONT CAMERA- asus have used really really bad front cam which not even usefull (even my zenfone 2 laser can perform 100times than this crapy front cam) and non usefull flash . Coming to its pros : *of course its gaint 5000mah battery *gorgeous display *good processor *average back camera *average loud speaker not that great as described by asus ceo So only buy this phone if you can compromise this things , or go for honor 9 lite or redmi ( my honest opinion im huge fan of asus and using asus phone since zenfone 5 )

I bought phone 6/May/2018. when i switched on it was working fine. i configured and saw the battery was 40% and connected charger. after 3 hours i went and saw the phone is dead. not able to wake up. and charging light also switched off. try switch on mobile for more than an hour unable to switch on. I tried with different chargers too. 2 hours later try press the power button more than a minute then phone responded. Dont know what is the issue with phone.And Phone also charged 80% only after 3 hours. Display , sound is good camera average but I asked for return. I cannot use this buggy phone. Dont know when it will again crash like this. once replacement warranty gets over then I cannot use the mobile efficiently. After retrun request Tecnical person not able to reproduce issue without my knowledge they closed issue again same issue persist. still 5 more days there for replacement as per flipkart policy. they not ready to send technical person for enquiry and not ready to replace the mobile. they say issue closed not able to reopen the issue goto ASUS service center for further problems.

Honestly it is a over rated mobile. Spec wise it seems better than competitors but performance and quality is not up to the mark. I got this phone 3days ago as a replacement for my Lenovo VIBE K5 Note. Below are my ratings 1. Rear camera : 1 out of 5 (images are blurry, noisey and not sharp irrespective of all modes) 2. Front camera : 0 out of 5 (Auto white balance and image quality are worst) 3. Display : 2 out of 5 (color reproduction is bad for the resolution and size, bad contrast ratio) 4. Touch & Audio Performance: 4 out of 5 (so far so good) 5. Face recognition : 2.5 out of 5 (there is some noticeable delay but, unlocks 3 times out of 5 try) 6. Battery life : 4 out of 5 7. No heating issue Return and replacement is not possible with flipkart as you expect. Read the terms and conditions before you buy. I wanted to return but could not succeed.
