Sound quality is poor, even caller sound is very low . Needs improvement in this aspects.

I think there should be an option for negative marking also.I would like to rate -5 for customer care .If you tell the I am going to take legal action they will tell you "you can".nnComplete waste of money .I have given my tablet for service but they returned it without doing any service not only their engineers are incapable but they are idiot.nThe company has hired donkeys on the name of engineers.nnI feel garbage cleaners are providing better service then penta.
the most unprofessional people are the people who work in the service center . i have given my tab on 27 june and today is 19 and i still have no idea when i will get it. be awareeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Purchased from the local retailer as a gift for ma sis...nIt started getting hot like an oven,nLaggyy very muchh laggyy in touch response. Worst battery put in a tab every.nThis has been more with service centres rather than with us.nDont waste your hard earned money in purchasing such a piece of crap...
This tab is good but the thing that is really going to piss you off is the after sales service.I bought a bsnl penta tab (ws707c) and on 13th may ,2013. It was working fine till after 4 months of usage it began to show some touch screen problems. I finally took it to the service center in jamshedpur where i live on 28th october ,2013. First of all the service center "SHANTI ENTERPRISES" is such a dinghy little mobile shop that it is very hard to find it although it is on the mainroad. I spent almost 45 minutes locating the shop using the given address. Also the phone number given by the service center (08092399539) is only for misleading people as it is always switched off. Try calling yourself. Nextly there is no where written on that dinghy shop that it is also a pantel service center.pathetic.n i submitted the tab almost a month ago on but it is still lying here with the service center. the service center cannot be contacted because of their false number. Even when i called to the customer care(120 4805200) on 18th nov,2013 they said to me that there was some problem with the courier service that these guys rely upon and they are going to resolve it in 2 or 3 days and the tab will be on its way to the main service center,noida.and now after 10 days there are no results ,the tab is still lying here with their crap service center.
