Hey Guys Please Have a check on google its a pure copy of Star N9776and byond has done nothing in terms of R & D and just had sticked its label on it...please open your eyes and go for some better companies

I took a chance in buying this product although no reviews were available for this phablet. I looked at reviews of other Byond products esp. their tablets and found them to be doing pretty well. So hoping that this Byond product wouldn't be too off the mark I ordered for couple of them. But it seems people are lapping up the nice good low cost android stuff pretty fast - and so I got only one delivered after a week. Before Flipkart could lay hands on another one for me it went out of stock. Well good.. coz it will give me time to figure out if I want another one of this in my house (for my wife - coz this may not be for women for reasons below).nnMoving on to the phablet per se.. its nice (not little) package. The screen is six inches across and at 230gms its a bit heavy. So you need large hands and be ready for some workout - ladies with delicate hands - please watch out... this may not be for you. nnPros: Overall I found this one to be working great so far - 1Ghz processor, 2.5 GB memory (its says 4 GB but only 2.5 is usable), battery life (only 60% drained after a full day of Wifi/3G, browsing, gaming, talking on loudspeaker etc.) , good screen resolution, all apps playing well, 8MP camera. nnCons: I noticed this one hanging on using multiple apps together but I guess its a RAM thing since this went away after I stopped using the dynamic wall paper. nnOne of the biggest probs I have had with low cost androids is their usable memory and bloatware, only solution for which is to root it. But this one did not have much bloatware and they were not locked in the internal memory. So I could transfer most of the pre-loaded stuff to SD card. Also, many other apps which would lock onto internal memory in my previous phones, easily transferred to SD card in this one. What a relief that was!nnSo.. so far so good. Will post a 1 month review later on!nnnAdding to my review above after 8 months in September, 2013:nnThis phone's still working well. No issues at all. However, it doesn't work smoothly if you make it travel internationally. I took it to UK for sometime and it went crazy - unexplained boot ups, dismounting memory card all the time etc. But it became normal after I brought it back to India. No issues with calls, all apps work great, camera is pretty good, no hang ups or freezes - thats normal. Still get a lot of wows from people for this phone. nn1 con: its charging pin has stopped working recently. Got to get that repaired.

Big problem- bad screen quality- RAM MUST have been atleast 1Gb- 512 mb was good with gingerbread only, phone sticks and locks, processor should have been atleast a 1.5 dual core - for this price. Note- Battery - in theory - 4 hours of talk time- reality - 2.5 hours max- also in 6 months the talk time will go below 1 hour as the lithium ion battery degrade- you will have to charge it for 6 hours to be able to run it for 3 hours... those buying this product- enjoy !!!

Still get a lot of wows from people for this phone. nnThe Phablet sports a 6 inch Capacitive touchscreen with only 854 x 480 pixels FWVGA resolution which seems pretty low...nByond P3 comes with 8 MP Primary camera and VGA Secondary video calling camera.nThe Device performs on 512 MB RAM and has 4 GB internal storage, external storage is via microSD card slot upto 32 GB.nConnectivity features include Bluetooth v3.0, microUSB v2.0, Wi-Fi b/g/n with hotspot and 3G via HSDPA 7.2 Mbps.nCons: this phablet has huge screen but its screen resolution is not matched to that much screen size with mere 854 x 480 resolution is most disappointing nPros: with the price tag of 12000 approx. no one can get that much huge screen size of 6 inch people who loves huge screen size and nothing else can go for it and also I want to remind everyone that even high profile brands like Samsung, lg, apple, HTC ,Sony etc. also don't yet manufacture that much huge screen size phablet till now may be in future any high profile brands may manufacture 6 incher phablets

DISAPPOINTING FEATURES !! 1) SOUND QUALITY ... on loudspeaker is POOR and TOO LOUD with headphones 2) headphones are WHITE, charger is a Black USB + HORRIBLE QUALITY and PHONE is Black & GREY (not customized for the color of the phone... that is a BASIC these days ) 3) volume rocker & POWER button need a HARD PRESS to increase or decrease volume as they BUTTONS are very slim and integrated deep into the METALLIC SIDE BODY . GO !! GET it !!
