I bought my Croma CRCB2243 on 28 Apr14 FROM THE CROMA show room on New BEL Rd in Bangalore.I didn't even start making calls. There are serious issues on patterns. Very good phone in terms of looks and comfort of handling. Serious hearing volume issue which will completely defeat the purpose of a phone. With head phones it was even worse. Camera quality and speed of the device was very good. However disposed of the device within 3 days of purchase due to hearing volume issue.

Please do not buy croma mobiles. getting service is a nightmare. not have enough service centers.at the time of selling, store sales rep will say that many services will be available at the store but post sales, they will show their inability and give you the service center no. and service center will not be in your lacality. if you want to buy battery of your mobile, then they ask you to come down to service center, deposit the money and come on later date to collect the same. this is total exploitation. so stop buying croma phones

1. That a CROMA CRCB 2243 was purchased by me vide invoice no. SLF02A005010108391 on 04.01.2014 at Infiniti Retail Limited as Croma at Mumbai airport. 2. The mobile started giving me frequent trouble from the month of May 2014 onwards and an e.mail was sent by me on 06.05.2014 asking you to furnish the address of your authorized service centre. 3. The problem with the mobile was that the power gets switched off automatically inspite of fully charged battery. 4. The handset was shown to M/s. Cellular Care, Cochin, your authorized service centre and they informed me that the battery is not tightly held inside the set and they were of the opinion that a new battery will be the only alternative. 5. Accordingly, I preferred a new battery and they have ordered a new battery and I was intimated that arrival of new battery will take one month time since it has to come from Delhi. 6. After a gap of one month, new battery was received by the above service centre and I was intimated to bring the handset to their place.
7. The new battery was inserted and even after the new battery was put in place, the handset was in dead condition and could not be switched on to activate the set.
8. After careful examination of the set, the service centre employees told me that the handset itself should be sent to the manufacturer to enable them to rectify the defect since it was well within the warranty period of 1 year.
