I bought Pocketsurfer 5X 2 months ago and have had a horrible experience. The device is not getting charged and there are no support service centers anywhere. Although the company gave me the names of two, they refused to entertain. I travelled all the way - some 25-30 kms after calling them. When I phoned them up, they had told me that they can suggest only after seeing the device. Then, when I went all the way, they gave all kinds of excuses and refused to oblige since it was under warranty period and under warranty, these service centers do not earn anything. I spent 2 liters of petrol and half-a-day in my effort to set the device set right but in vain. I called the Amritsar office again and they asked me to send the device to their service center there. I had to struggle to pack the device in a safe box with good packing material. It cost me courier charges that would make it totally meaningless to even send it across. I have no hopes of getting it resolved since I have seen the reviews of people who have bought other devices of Ubislate - the company that manufactures these products. The local service center guys also told me that the service and support offered by the company is very poor. I strongly suggest everybody out there planning to buy this product or other products of Ubislate to stop themselves from doing so howsoever tempting the products may look like or with regard to the price and features. Go for good brands like nokia, samsung, sony or even panasonic although they may cost more. Don't experiment with this company's products. They are all horrible. I lost Rs. 3750/- because I knew nothing about this company. I learnt my lessons the hard way. I hope this review would make you do a little bit of searching on google and other sites to see and decide for yourself. Just google it out for yourself about the product and you will find negative reviews for not just this product but all products of Ubislate. Thanks.

I have seen negative comments for this tablets but it doesn't make any difference to my review,I have ordered Ubislate 7c+ and got the delivery in three days.Thanks to Flipkart,when i used this tablet i felt that i should write a review about this tablet which will also guide other customers also.First of all with these kind of features and this price you can not find any another tablet in market.n Processing is fast,camera quality is good,no lagging,moreover apps added by company are amazing. So i will give 5 stars to this tablet.

Got my tab just 5 days after receiving a conformation call from Amritsar.....(Didnt buy from flipkart...sorry about that).....nWell the packaging was very good....was warpped under a complete bubble bag......They made the courier from Jaavas Courier Service....nnNow about the tab.....nPros:-nExcellent value for money,nHighly sensitive Capacitive touch(5 point multi touch...)nAverage screen resolution,ngood build quality for this price range...nA powerful 1Ghz Processor accompanied by a Mali-400 GPU....nGPRS and GSM supported....n3g via dongle....nHas excellent looks.....nPlastic matte finish on back cover for extra grip.....nAnd at last the best feature is the HD video Support....excellent clarity.....no conversion of video required.....just plug and play.....nnCons:-nAverage battery backup of 4-5hrs....nLow sound clarity...nLow quality camera....nAverage Ram....512mb...nJust a single hardware button to lock,unlock,on and off.....if this fails then the whole tab will be useless.....nnExcellent app support for android.....nPlayed most of the games on this tab .....nFruit Ninja,Temple Run,Angry Birds,Subway Surfer,NEED FOR SPEED MW,and many more.......without a single lag......nnIf you need a tab under 6-5k go for this or else consider the 7CZ model with double the features.......nnThere are many people out there who hate aakash just because it is cheap.....rather they they forget that everyone cannot afford an ipad or a galaxy tab......nInstead you get the same in this product as others but with some compromise......nWhen you buy this tab do not forget to have a diary like case for it....its too delicate.....nnThanks,nMahesh Singh.
