This is a large phone/small tablet ;). I got this in 48 hours so hats off to flipkart as usual. (The seller is W.S Retails though).nI really can't talk about Pros and Cons so will take this categorically.nThe tablet is 7 inches and is sturdy. The backside case (with Dell Logo) can be removed to reveal an internal battery (Don't remove either). Only the usb and adapter came with it. Do get a Matte/Anti Glare Screen Guard. I had no problems with the display and lighting. Touch is very responsive. nnSIM and VOICE CALLING- This phone has a sim card slot (micro sim) and YES it supports 4G too. (isn't mentioned in Flipkart's description). I tried an Airtel 4G sim in Bombay and it was smooth. 2G and 3G support is there too. nIt has voice calling (like in a normal mobile phone) but one problem with the design is that the microphone is above the camera and the speaker is where the mouthpiece should have been. You WILL need headphones (better with a built in microphone) for voice calling. Or you can just rotate the phone when you talk (with the camera touching your ear) :P nFILE MANAGER- There will not be any file manager so install one (Solid Explorer is good for tablets). Only Play Music by google. Try "Music (Remix)" instead. Download MX Player for the videos. nnUPDATES- A firmware update is available (this was on 22nd March and i bought it a day earlier so do the math.). My suggestion is to install the firmware update. You don't get Lollipop but its a dell update which makes the UI a lot smoother and stuff like the sound bar get updated. The Dell app (My Dell) gets a fresh look. It keeps track of the tablet's working. Dont forget to register with Dell. It helps with warranty tracking and renewal. nTry and disable Evernote as it takes up a lot of the RAM. In fact disable any pre-loaded app you wont be using. There aren't many but each is going to contribute to taking up RAM space. (Or just root it and remove the apps you don't want - voids warranty though). nVIBRATION- One thing i've seen with this tablet is that it has no vibration whatsoever. So it goes from Volume 1--> Silent. None of the Venue 7s have vibration. But it isn't a deal breaker for most people. nnGAMING- Out of the 16GB, only 10GB is available which is good enough for games. nI installed FIFA 15 UT, Asphalt 8 Airborne, Real Racing 3, Angry Birds Go, Blitz Brigade and Hungry Shark Evolution. All the games ran well and i saw no lag whatsoever. I even played Real Racing 3 and FIFA one after the other. There was no drop in frame-rate. It has a very good RAM and processor clearly.This is a DECENT GAMING TABLET. It didn't even get too hot. The games and apps CANNOT be transferred to the SD card so it's a good thing it has 10-12GB free for the user. nnMEDIA- Comes with something called MAX AUDIO. This app helps the tablet's cause. It makes the sound and audio quality much better. Can be used for game mode too. This tablet's speaker isn't the loudest. You can hear it clearly enough but it isn't LOUD. If you're a media freak, i suggest the Dell Portable BT speakers and headphones ( or Portonics portable speakers). As i said before headphones/with microphones are a must. nPreloaded Apps- I got Polaris Office 5 - Its good for word,pdfs etc. Other than that the tablet came with Evernote, Skitch, PocketCloud, Dell Cast, My Dell (after the firmware update) and CamCard. I disabled most of these and now have 600mb free after a reboot. nYou can keep a limit on the background processes in the developer options. (Tap "Build Number" in "About Tablet" several times to activate developer options.) nA few last words.- I LOVE this tablet. It takes an hour or so for a full charge from 1-2%. Lasted me an entire day (i played FIFA for a few hours, whatsapped , music etc etc) Good battery life. Better than most Tablets in its range. It's got Dell's Name to go with it and i'm sure this tablet is sturdy. Good RAM,ROM,Processor and Display. n4/5 stars. One less than 5 due to the vibration and voice calling issues i mentioned.

awesome tab, feather touch, long lasting battery, very light, good display and good delivery by flipkart but................ This product is dumb as out of 1 GB RAM only 150 to 200 MB used to left for user. Hence non of the normal game & apps can be executed.

I ordered this tab at Flipkart one evening and received it the next afternoon. As far as the tab is concerned it is the best one can get at such low price (Rs.10,200). nBefore writing this review, I used the tab to its maximum capacity for two days and found the parameters to be more than satisfactory. The battery backup is pretty good (I got 10 hours after using the tab on 3G, downloading necessary apps on the first day, allowing system updates to take place and watching two 1080p movies back to back). nThe sound and video quality is good. However, I felt the camera quality could have been better...but, given the price and the features it comes with, I could ask for more.

Very Wonderful Tab launched by DELL in market. The Price is good with compare to another Tab specification in Market . Lookwise nice. Internet surfing is quick. Camera quality is good. Very Smooth touch slide on screen. Product looklike very rigid. It is better move of Non removal of battery . It is support in better way to Movie, Song & Game. Pls go ahead with this tab confidently.
