Dear friendsnplease don't buy hcl y3/y4 tab. mai November13 me y3 tab liya tha. or last 2 months se mera tab service center me hai or mai service center ka chakar kat raha hu. service center always 15days time deta hai or bolta hai customer care se baat kare. or customer care hamesa 1weet time deta hai or bolta hai spare dispatch me hai. jo koi hcl ka product liya hai sab sar pakar ke ro rahe hai. customer care executive ko aapse baat karne ki bhi fursat nahi hai. HCL wale customer ko bewkuf samajhte hai.mai inko more than 15 mail kar chuka hu.but koi replay nahi aaya. consumer court ka bhi inko koi dar nahi hai. mai aapko salah dunga agar aapke pass kam paise hai to micromax ka tab le nahi to samsung ka tab le. otherwise aap bhi mere tarah service center or customer care ka chakar katenge. meri ek or salah hai aapko kisi se dusmani ho to HCL products use dilwa de oh din raat Hcl ke wajah se hi paresan rahega. aap apne sare dosto,ristedaro sab ko Hcl ka koi bhi product kharidne se mana kare. nThanksnvikash kumar

The Tab is average. I would certainly say not up to the mark. The HCL Me Tab comes with inbuild 1Mobile Market and not with Google Play. nnThis is a big disappointment since the 1 mobile market does not have much options to download and has loads of viruses. My attempts of installing Google Play have been spoiled too. nnThe headphones are phathetic. Since the mobile comes with inbuilt dual SIM option, one would think that the makers would have anticipated use of the headphones for speaking over a call (Even while travelling). Funnily you can barely hear the other end. Also the android was supposed to be updated to the latest 4.4. But surprisingly, no updates are indicated or provided.nnFlipkart's service on the other hand, has been incredible. The first tab that was delivered had defects. However, the defective piece was promptly replaced by FlipKart and I am happy about that.

This product was having a software issuenWhile operating all apps where crashednI have requested for refund/replacement.ni have given a alternate no. ni have talk to customer care & they daily tell me wait sir our technical team will call u tomorrow,ni call customer care daily to ask, when your technical team will call me,nthen next day i have done the same i have call to customer care.nand they said sir its too late the refund/replacement period has crossednnow we cannot help u out.nI have not got any call from flipkart, but they say no. sir we have call u.ni was really not accepting all this from flipkart nvery poor after sale service, once they sold the product there work has finishnno replacement/refund (As per my opinion)

i got this one, looks stylish , had a lot of options nhappy to operate, but after few minutes my hand is getting burnt, ntouch is exellentnno google playnsim facility makes it look to it, than othersnCHINA MALL,\////nthe ONLY DISADVANTAGE is my hand is getting burnt after using it a while.ni say not taking this makes a better option.
