THIS IS TOTALY WAST of MONEYnnni got this product @ 8th may... now the touch sensitivity is too bad and the battery back up also very bad... the Huawei service center will not take in to service process for this mobile model... nni complained to flipkart itself and they are not giving proper solution and now they are not ready to replace or return for this product... worst service....nnvery bad experience with flipkartnnI suggest users to don't buy this product

I purchased this phone from a retailer for around Rs.9500. I was very skeptical about buying this phone but the retailer convinced me because there was some promotion going on that day.nnWhile I am not a very big fan of this phone's UI, I feel that a larger screen (4.5 inch) and usual features found in smarphones today, make it an attractive proposition for price of 10k. The features are not something to die for, but it is one of the several alternatives in the market, in case you don't want to buy a micromax or lava or similar phone.nnHowever, you should beware of the poor service. Huawei shares its service center in Bangalore with 12 other brands. The service center people just do a software update. If there is any hardware problem, they issue certificate for replacement (after countless discussions with Huawei Regional Service Manager), provided there are no dents or scratches on the phone (that is unlikely because phone will get minor dents and scratches due to regular use).nnThe company doesn't have a policy for servicing this phone Ascend G510. Even if you bought the phone on previous day and it has minor dents (not related to the problem), the company will refuse to help you.nnOverall, it is best to avoid this brand as there are many good options available in the market for same or lower price.

I bought this phone online and here is my review after using it for a week. Phone has amazing display. However, Screen has tendency to be a fingure-print magnet. Screen @ full brightness works fine under direct sunlight. But then, battery life suffers. Anyway, I am churning out usage of one full day from this phone on above average usage. Call quality is decent and clear. Speaker output is average at best.. Not clear what Huawei achieved by displaying DTS logo prominently at the back. Huawei software DO NOT stress the phone resources as some online reviews suggest. Its actually a nice addition to existing android offering. For e.g, Huawei has its own keyboard input methods, its own themes, profiles (remember Nokia phones of 2000?) etc. Micro USB is not MHL compatible. You cannot play media files on HDTV via HDMI-microUSB linkage. Camera is OK. Not awe-inspiring, but it does the job! LED Flash is definately a welcome addition. MicroSD card (class 6 and above) is recommended. Digital compass is present and it works. Rest of the android experience is at par with a 20K mobile phone. Google now fails to impress. It correctly recognises the words being spoken but the responses are disappointing. Huawei has 8 service centers in Mumbai and many more across India. Do not believe anyone else and visit Huawei India website. Hope this suffices for now. - Rohan

Kindly note that the Huaweie products are only good for the duration they worknnI bought a Huaweie phone worked fine for the first few weeks, but after that the earphone Jack stopped working. The phone sat in the service center for around 2 weeks and came back yesterday. BUt from today morning I started facing the same problem.nnHuawei service center is has bunch of rude/ untrained professionals. Forget about customer service, with the experience i have had i doubt they would be competent enough to complete their job.nnMay i request you to kindly consider this before buying any Huwaeie product. It would be good only if it works. If it would need to go to their service center, it's actually gone for good.

don't buy this product.reinstalled os after first week of purchase.now replaceing board due to bluetooth failure after 3 week.
