i bought two ascend y210d same as this worst.as i was told by shopowner that there is a service center in indore and at the same time i found address of indore service center in warranty card.earlier i thought huawei is good in hardware,built quality and they are making network equipments .i am from indore and my first phone dropped from my hand from only 4 feet height and speaker start leaking i needed immidiate service so that liquid could not harm internal equipments but i found no aftersales in indore. i called many times to customer care they are circling abt indore service center and i had been many times from the service center on address that is written on warranty card but i found center closed many times and customer care they said i can't do anything. finally i sent my phone to another repairing center it charged me 1000 as there is a speaker change and other harm to circuitory also because of late in service and low quality equipment used. after sometime there was a problem in my second phone also .i thought there is no service centre in indore. i have to repare it in same shop i went they just checked and said now huawei service centre in opened recently you can go there now my first phone is also dead which i had sent for repairing. when i go newly inaugrated service center of huawei they denied to give any warranty(it was there mistake as there was no service.i had to go to general repairing centre) and they said you have to give 60000 for both phone to repair and i lost my hard earned 10,000 rupees(if huawei is a good company they shouid accept their mistake and should give me warranty as a good sign of a good company).so it is my deep request dont go for this worst worst worst huawei if you are thinking to buy costly huawei ascend p6 dont think hell.they dont care their customer as no service ,no service brother no aftersales means no sence .please go for samsung ,sony if you have low budget you can go for micromax atleast they give proper service.
