I bought this Tab for very reasonable price with Deal of the week.nAbout iball service center-please look out for your nearest service center b4 buying iball product.I got this product on 04/10/2013 but to my bad luck its camera was not working.But I took step very urgently and called to service center,they helped me alot.On 07/10/2013 service center kept my tab with them and gave me a replacement on 11/10/2013 under 7 day replacement policy of iball.Thanks to them for replacement.nAbout tab:nGood things n1) IPS screen with 1024*600 resolution good for watching HD movies.It consumes 30% of battery for continuous playback of 2 Hr 15 min movie.n2) 1Gb RAMn3) 8 Gb internal memory, Apps can be moved to its internal memory.n4) nice connectivity with 3G dongle for net browsing,veiw and send mails n5) Good for reading ebooksn6) Direct USB is very good.I have used 16 GB pen drive for this, works well.Mini HDMI not yet tested,USB OTG works welln7) Nice sound effect on original Samsung Headphone.n8) 4000 mAh good battery as compared to other low price tabnBad thingsn1) I can open playstore but Apps not downloading,showing some server error messagen2) continuous game play causes Tab to get heat up (I think it is happening with almost every tab )n3) Large files more than 15 Mb are difficult to download as interruption may occur and data can be lost. Apps having download resume capability may do the trick.n4) camera 2 Mega pixel good enough but not so great.nnOverall Good Tab for watching movies,reading ebooks,surfing web @ price I purchased.nAnalyse your requirements and take decision.nThank you.

using this tab since a month...decent performance. battery life gud enuf. camera quality isnt dat gud. runs games like temple run, subway surfers smoothly. cant xpect mor dan this,in this price range. hav not faced any charging issues

This one rooted device.You dont have to root it.nfor that there will some problem to download app. from google play store (stock) nInstalled 1mobile Market and good to go. you can download anything from there.nnnow the device none USB 2.0ndetect anything .1 TB hard drive . pendrive . net dongle .standard USB thingy none HDMI portnone micro USB port - for OTG cable. data cable to connect with computer .when i connected to computer via data cable it shows charging .like normal mobile device.none charging jack none head phone 3.5 mm port none micro sd card slot .nninternal storage n787 mb for apps install nanother internal storage 5.64 GB for songs video apps picture mis nexternal storage -for me 16 GB card works fine .no laagnngame running as per expected nif you feel lagging go to settings > developer option > back ground process limit ,set as you like no process /one /two .less is better to free RAM & processor .nnfull HD video 1920 X 1080 running fine with VLC & mx playernnspeaker sound average ,use head phone for better performance .nnpicture quality good as per price ncamera quality low .(both of them ) nndefault app provided cricket next , document to go ,facebook , file manager , gallery /HD player, gmail , IBN live ,music player , RTI india , SKYPE beta , task manager , youtube .nBLUETOOTH is very slow nWI FI is good .created hot spot from my laptop .and tab working fine down stairs .ndid not drop signal in 2-3 hrs use nnfor me is good to average use . see the price .

After whole lot of research & going through few reiviews I made-up my mind to buy this tab.nAs usual Flipkart delivered this product on time and am satisfied with the buying experience with FK. Configuration wise this tablet is excellent at this price. nnBut to my fate I received a defective piece. It has two defects:n1. The lens of rear camera are not properly placed which causes viewing half of the subject.n2. When opened play store to download apps & games, to my surprise almost all the games & apps are not compatible with this device.nnWhen contacted FK customer support on the same day of delivery I came to know that for replacement or resolution the seller will contact me directly. And they will take a call as to what could be the solution.nnCan you believe this for a brand new tablet which is under warranty & replacement period the seller will decide for replacement of this product.

for those who are saying that this tab is not good for gaming u r wrong just search rohit12623 on youtube then watch and seee and btw this contain mali-400 so just watch so if u think its bad then u r a beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep
