i checked with Intex customer care. They repair the mobile in case of any faults and do not replace the mobile as mentioned above by 1 of the users.nHaven't bought the handset yet and was going through the reviews.

I have a plan to buy micromax 110,retailer said have a look on Intex aqua 5.0,after looking this phone feature i take a risk,but i want to tell you guys go for it,this mobile has everything whatever you want from a smart phone,better display than micromax 110,even you can play high end games very easily,live wallpapers work very nicely,black is really black,even micromax dont have deep black,in sunlight you can read every thing very easily,Most important Intex is giving free replacement warranty with this phone that means if any problem raise they will directly replace the phone,Even i bet guys this phone is better than Micromax 110,Karbonn A21,30,graphics of this phone is very nice.

DONT EVER BUY INTEX MOBILE BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE PROPER SERVICE STATION THEY DONT CARE AFTER SALES SERVICE . I HAVE AQUA 5.0 MOBILE LAST 3 MONTHS I AM TRYING FOR BATTERY .COMPANY SAYS WE DONT HAVE BATTERY.WHAT COMPANY MEANS IS BUY RS 10000 MOBILE AND JUST USE AND THROW?

Easily, one of the best phones in this range to get your hands on. Was recommended by one of my friends who had been using it, simply love the gadget.... Screen Size and Display - good 4/5 Battery - 3/5 (Probably because of my high usage of the device) Touch Performance - 5/5 (glide your way on) Preloaded apps make it so simple to just unbox and use right away - i was virtually online in less than 10 mins Speaker phone - 5/5 (enough for an individual right? you dont fantasize being a crowd DJ) Heats up a little bit - (but now with constant usage what wont?) I change phones every 3 months and certainly recommend users to buy this phone - very well made, elegant and delightful - and what a fantastic price tag..!! Again, the service delights - Flipkart is very well verse with my buying habits and prompt as expected.
