there were problems assosciated with this product and i am very pissed with the company....nthe phones features are great aand it is a great buynbut...nthe speaker quality is not so great....nthe camera is 12mp but the pictures are not really that clear...nbut the phone was soo good in general that i could ignore those thingsnwhat pissed me off....ni had my first problem 1 month after buying the phone.. imagine that...nthe charging point got loose and i showed it to the service center duly...nnand then they spoiled it for good no data transfer or charging possiblenthey advise me to use sd card for data and i had to pay 400 rupees to get the charge point fixed. the data transfer capabilities were spoiled buy the service center and they blame me for it...nand there was no mishandling...none important i have used nokia lumia and it works fine... the durability of the typical china made products is questionable and the company doesnt even accept responsibility for creating such a lousy product... nthe warranty is dumb.. i had a similar problem with my seagate hard drive and they fixed it... these people refuse to accept responsibility...there should not be the problem of a loose charger point within just 4 weeks of purchase when the phone is almost new..nso thats what you get for going for a cheaper phone most other companies the problem wouldnt even have existed

I bought this phone from other site. nphone is good looking and attractive but it fails at many pointsn1.GPS is very bad - it never works n2.Not able to play avi,mkv HD videos properly,sound is missing in HD videos, i tried other video players (including MX) same problem , i think some problem with the hardware.n3. When you listen to songs on headphone , many times it get paused itself.n4. Very poor in catching Wi-fi signals.nnVery bad experience.nnI think they havnt tested this phone properlynOverall i wont recommend anyone to buy these, go for good brands.

this is the phone i have purchased with lots of passion as i got 1st time over the limit of 5000 rupees of phone...its gave me a very bad experience as its main speaker got stop working after 2 days..its head phone pin is also not working..its battery backup is very low when we are using internet..as of me i am only using internet 2 to 3 hours a days..but its not giving me the backup for more than 5 to 6 hours after using internet maximum 2 to 3 hours..what i have purchased its better if i purchase NOKIA 1100 as i am not able to get a new phone as i dont have the budget to purchase a new phone.
