I bought this for my mom, as I thought a phone with both touch and keypad features will help her learn to use touchscreen and also give her an option to use the buttons when she needs to. But this phone is a wrong choice for that purpose. This phone has navigations in touch only. And the keypad can't be used to type numbers easily (you would have to use the touch screen keypad for number entry or maybe even am not able to figure out how to use the keyboard's keys to enter numbers). So it is more of a touchphone with a keyboard of least purpose.. Other than that I feel a bit of lag in its functions at times.... I would say it's a fair phone but other models could be much better at this price...

Hello Guys,nnGuys bought one karbon phone before thats was having voice problem ...other person used to hear some disturbance so i called flipkart to return phone they do it...again i order same model now only ones normaly phone got drop from my hand and its screen got broken..Went to service station saying part will be available after 2 - 3 months or more then that no confirmation...Kindly don't buy carbon phones as service centre is totally pathetic..Thanks Flipkart for give us support.

The build quality is OK. Very cheap charger and Earphone. nnPros: nAndroid 4.2 with QWERTY which satisfies my requirement. nnCons:nThe Android software is patchy. Certain menus under system settings are not working. nThe 3MP camera is actually of 0.3mp quality. Forget the front cam which is for name sake. Camera software is OK. nCall and ring tone audio clarity is like walkie talkie used in traffic jam. nonboard storage is very less (around 100MB). Forget about installing basic apps like skype and cache cleaner. whatsapp is working fine. nnCan't update the stock android from 4.2. nI like the specs of the phone and keypad. Had the build and software quality is good, this phone will be a thumbs up. nnUpdate: The piece what I received seems like a previously used one and I hence I asked flipkart for replacement.

When you see this phone - never think yes i had found my perfect phone - NO!!!nnthis can be used for just calls, messages, whatsapp & so & so Internet browsing!!!nnThats it - we get what we pay for!!!

Karbonn go black .. never buying a karbonn product ever again in life. Most pathetic service, most disengaged managenet. Other products are much better.
