Battery is used one having rashes on same and was not in proper packaging when we opened he handset ...also echo issues in handset and sound comes like dabi dabi si...... no reply from ur side on same ...
The product features are very good in that kind of price range. But body manufacturing quality is a bit low as I lost its a small part which made me disappointed
