Not upto the mark ............ particularly the camera is dead............. felt dejected............ And while phoning the voice from opposite end is very low.................... totally i dont like this one.......... hereafter I will not buy through online............ because one cant have a first hand view of the product in online purchase.......... this is lesson to me........... ponnambalam, chennai.............

This handset very nice outlook, also display is very nice. But sound (Incoming) is not clear and ruff. Call log system is not proper.

All features are handy but one con is incoming call sound is low, cant hear at noisy place. nnOtherwise gud 1 and what more we aspect for this budget phones.

The keys are beautiful, widely spaced, easy to type and the display is very clear and legible. Buy it for your mom / dad and older relatives who are not comfortable with touch phones. If you want an elegant classy phone for calling/ messaging, this is the one to go for.nnWHY you should not buy this phonenSkip the thought of buying this phone if you want to use the camera. I would have rated this product 5 out of 5. But the camera was very bad. Hence revised the rating to 4 stars. Please avoid this phone if you plan to take any pictures at all. I was shocked that the camera did not show any colour at all! It was all just gray shadows whether it was in open daylight or ambient light. My mom does not intend to use this phone for taking photos so this was not a issue for me.nnNote for Flipkart & Karbonn officials - The attached service center lists that you send along with invoice should contain destinations / centers closest to the city/town of the buyer. I live in Navi Mumbai and the list of service centers you sent me, showed 'nearest service centers' in faraway places of Maharashtra. I checked out the internet and your additional booklet and found there were 6 authorized service centers in Navi Mumbai & Mumbai!! So this is clearly a case of bungling up by whoever prepares the list of service centers. Hope you will rectify this so that customers will get list of the nearest service centers in their city/ town instead of a list of service centers somewhere else in the same state.
