Karbonn S5 has these disadvantagesn- Viber mic not working, same for Fring, Line, KakaoTalk(person you're talking to cant hear you)n- Skype video call not supportednnHad given my Karbonn S5 Titanium for service, its touch screen became unresponsive.nStill waiting for the mobile to come back after 2 months. Have sent them a notice, if they dont respondnwill move to consumer court.nnnBuy Karbonn phones at your own risk, since their service centres are pathetic and super unprofessional.nTry calling their toll free and customer care numbers, you definitely can not reach any one.

I had purchase S5 in OCT 2013,The product is nice but with in none month, I had to spend another Rs3500/- for replaceing DISPLAYwhichndevelop crack automatically and service center refuse to repair with in WARRENTYperiodn.I got the product after one month follow up at service center.Now again it has develop charging and Touch problem for last one I am in follow up with service center for geting product repair.nEven being nice product there is no after sales service from nSERVICE CENTERS

Before I buy a titanium s5...I even read these reviews and there was some good reviews as well...keeping in mind..I bought this titanium s5..and after not even one month, the touch screen got damaged, and I went to a service station, and its been more than one and a half month...there is no sign of returning my phone...I have left hope...I would say to all those people even thing to buy any handset from Karbonn..please drop this idea...if still you go ahead buy this...then its your definite bad luck...you must thing no one will take this much time to write about a company unless he is highly frustrated

Got this phone 3 days back, phone got price dropped of Rs 250, I bought it when it was 10250/-nAlso wanted to say that Karbonn service may be pathetic as people say (this one is my first karbonn mobile) but my few friends in office having karbonn mobile and they never complained of anything so it encourage me to buy this one. And I am happy with decision.nnAbout mobile its quad core and 1 gb ram so never hangs, touch very smooth, speaker sound very good and network connectivity is also good.nI played dead trigger with high graphics settings and it works perfectly without any lag, same with D-day.nnCons:nOff course budget phones will have some cons :Dn1) onscreen buttons for home and back, they don't disappear, NEVER! event when you play game or watch movie. specifically you will get irritated when you type in landscape mode because you cant see keyboard buttons on very right side. REMEMBER THIS BEFORE BUYING! or get a hands on before you buy.n2) Headphone socket is very loose, if you connect headphone and try to put phone in pocket it will disconnected VERY FREQUENTLY. you cant listen to music by phone in pocket.Very baaaaaaaaaaaaaad if you are a music lover. You always have to carry phone in hand to listen to music or talk on phone. Also trebles is very good, but bass is tooooo low.n3) Battery life is poor, however not much complain about this (because its android) but a 2000mAh may have made some difference.nnHope this review helps you decide to buy this phone or not, performance wise this phone is best in this class and price range.Good job Karbonn!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased this phone recently from local vendor and only within one months it gave two issues back to back: 1. While restarting the phone, it got hanged at first karbon logo screen. Gave it to service centre and they updated the software and done...Next day 2. I saw horizontal lines on the entire display screen like screen is broken. today I gave it to service centre, go know when it will be resolved...and what's next!!?
