Dear Team,nnI had bought this phone from you guys. There are 2 problem's, 1st the seal of the box which i received was broken & above that another seal was pasted, so i assume that this was a either opened/ used piece. nnsecondly since the time the phone is bought, the screen rotation is not working, the screen does not rotate sideways at all.nnIt seems there is some problem with the phone

Karbonn S5 has these disadvantagesn- Viber mic not working, same for Fring, Line, KakaoTalk(person you're talking to cant hear you)n- Skype video call not supportednnHad given my Karbonn S5 Titanium for service, its touch screen became unresponsive.nStill waiting for the mobile to come back after 2 months. Have sent them a notice, if they dont respondnwill move to consumer court.nnnBuy Karbonn phones at your own risk, since their service centres are pathetic and super unprofessional.nTry calling their toll free and customer care numbers, you definitely can not reach any one.

I purchased ta Karbonn A 30 for nearly 12k in January 2013 from flipkart. Totally satisfied with flipkart when I purchased it. November 2013: My phone bricked. Took it to the Company Support Center as it was in warranty. They informed me that they did not have the Software for the device. Gave me a job sheet and asked me to get in touch with them later. December: One month has elapsed. Continuously asking for the device no response. Called the company today and was informed 45 days is the time you should expect for the device to be returned.I was shocked. It is a mobile and the company expects me to be without a handset for 45 days for a small issue of a software malfunction that anybody in Nehru place can do for a meagre 200 odd bucks in 10 mins straight. Donot ever buy Karbonn products as there is nothing called warranty.If you can play around and throw it once it stops working or can visit places like Nehru place or gafar on your own for rectifying issues then too think twice before buying this brand. There is no fear of punishment or brand reputation as far as Karbonn as a company or its network is concerned

I have used this mobile for two months and had absolutely no problems with it. It has all the features and looks of Samsung Galaxy Note. It can easily play 1980 x 1080p videos which look marvelous on its 1280 x 720p hd display screen. The hd version of Temple Run also runs smoothly on the mobile without any problem. Touch response is excellent. No issues experienced while running multiple apps together due to its quad-core processor & RAM. Internal 12gb memory is a bonus and it can be easily enhanced by external SD card upto 32 gb.Looks resemble that of Samsung Galaxy Note.nnThe speakerphone volume is not very loud which needs improvement. Camera quality is good but not excellent considering its 13 MP. Some games and apps are root installed and cannot be uninstalled which blocks some memory space. It has occasionally malfunctioned when used continuously for long periods with many apps running simultaneously, with touch signals and commands getting generated on its own. It has also hangs on rare occasions and the battery had to be pulled out and re-inserted to restart. The inbuilt browser hangs quite frequently while opening some sites and you have to in for some other browser like opera. But it I have much more problems with Samsung Galaxy grand/Note. However most of the time it functions flawlessly.nnHave heard lot of negative about Karbonn inadequate service centre response, however I never got to visit one till now. Completely satisfied with it. Would like to see it perform the same in future as well.

Panorama Mode is good.. Color Reproduction is awesome in sunlight and also good at flash .)nSpeakers : 8/10 (Not so loud)nScreen : 9/10 5.5'' 720p (It Rawks !)nConnectivity : 8/10 (No NFC Sad also single sim 3G only dual sim 2G )nBundle : Earphones are disastrous ! Flip Cover and additional back cover in bundle, USB Charger and Data Cable in bundle with ManualnnConclusion : This one is for phablet fans ! if you have 15.5k in your pocket dont hesitate to buy coz its a nice fone though but get a bigger pocket ready for it to fit that ..
