Bought in Oct.2016. From day one facing the following problema. Black screenoften occurs while on use.b. Software updates fails to install even though 1.5GB space available.c Battery drains fastly.d. Repeated complaints fails to resolve the issue. Even I wrote to Kazam UK but they replied approach Indian counterpart.
it's such a great phone I m using this phone before 7 months best battery pack up no hanging problem while heavy games like mortal combat & asphalt8 I m really surprised with this phone so I give 5/5
