amazing camera & battery back up 1 day

I have a complaint against the product as well as Flipkart. nFirst, the product - was working fine the first 10days. Suddenly on the 11th day the wi fi and bluetooth functions have stopped. As advised by Lava Customer Care I did a factory reset but the problem is not resolved. So I am stuck without internet. nSecond, Flipkart - Now coming to the much hyped up Flipkart Assured 6 quality checks and free delivery, etc. All that is fine on paper, but when one faces this kind of issue on the 11th day which is just outside of their 10days replacement policy thrn what is the solution? Earlier under Flipkart Advantage we used to have the benefit of 30 days replacement. 10 days is a joke. Not enough time to use a product and see if it is defective or not. Please review this policy. In the meantime I have gone into a loss and stuck with this useless handset. Very disappointed Flipkart!
