Touch screen is not working with in months & it Has no key so i can use or access any application, can not dial any no. Please tell me how to solved this problem

Lava c31 touch screen problem

Lava c 31 is a good to hold phone it's looks are stylish and sleek and the touch screen responds very well but not over sensitive...the display and the menu which changes with slide effect is also quite good at this budget, the sound with dual speakers are also a hit...nBut Finally it is after all a simple Touch phonen*The camera is pathetic...specially in low lightn*Does not support any java applicationsn*No games attached with the phonen*The contacts when you add in sim allows very few lettersn* Internet is badn*the music players current play list always takes you to the first song irrespective of you are in 1st or 999999th song thats a pain in A***nnThus if you are just looking for any upgrade from simple phone to touch experience at a low budget this is your gateway....but don't expect much and you shall be happy.....

it is very good and good looking phone and good app are like angry birds talking cat ,lava zone ,lava care, lava buddy,app store,facebook,,my play ........in lava zone we have games photo, music,video, and some nice app camera is good in 2100Rs in that price it is very good go for it

For range of 2000 its the best possible phone. user interface is imitating android with some hot android applications like angry bird, tom cat pre installed. sound quality is good. battery last about 2 days with both sim on. nnconsidering the price tag nothing to complain about it.

Audio, Video players are not good enough, refreshing play-lists does not scan sub-directories; web-cam is sluggish and hooking onto USB/PC needs un-locking the phone :(
