It hangs, Its unresponsive, lethargic, very bad phone, good museum piece... incidently the after sales service is also bad, and they have very few centres...not we have kept it as a paper eight... Never buy any thing from this brand... Incidently its the only brand which was not accepted by motorola for the exchange offers it was running,
I have purchased this phone in March-15 (5 Months back). Initially i had an impression that this is a value for money phone and i was not expecting much from it. But I was wrong. Lava is cheating customers by making this kind of products. This is a very substandard phone compared to any other device. Actually Nokia 2100 or C2 is a much better phone compared to this phone. The point what i want to make is "This is not delivering what its specs suggest". 5 Months of usage i have had issues with Touch Screen which has been replaced.. touch panel has been replaced. And the servicing timelines of the Lava service center is icing on the cake. It took them a month just to let me know that there working on the phone and would take at least a week more for them so effectively a Month just for repair. And when i collect the phone it is not working properly. Again a week long wait for it to be repaired. And today also i am waiting for the phone. Which would we be delivered today (As Per LAVA).
