hello, friends. first of all i would like to thanks to the lava for opening my eyes. i bought lava iris n400 on 10jan 2013 from indore, in the begining am so exited that i have bought something in a very cheap rate of which other brands are , harging 15k to 25k. but after a normal usage of 7 days i realised that am the biggest fool on the planet, lava is saying that it has 5 mp camera sensor which is a crap, sony 2 mp camera can take a lot better picture than that, and the flash is like an indicator, screen brightess is much powerful than that, and oh the memory, its just 127mb, are you kidding me, what is the benefit of an smart phone when you dont have space for apps. And after 15 days the phones back gets heated up itself, i dont know why? bt am afraid, may be it gets blown up, but thank god it didnt. the screen has completely get off and the phone is phone is permanently down. so i have submitted the phone to the lava service centre, indore. and after that till today am still waiting for my phone, they are still making excuses and refusing to repaire ma phone or to refund me, am daily talking to their employes but they are not even picking my phone up, i even call to there noida office, but what i get? only wait.nso please friends try to understand, if samsung, nokia, apple, sony or htc are taking lots of money from us then there must be some reasons yaar! coz they are giving the quality or the service to us, not like this lava, karbonn or micromax. cheap rate, cheap material, cheap quality and cheap product. thanks to lava for giving me awonderful experience. it will help me in future.

No other choice if you want to buy a good dual SIM android ICS mobile with 5 MP camera..nAfter a long search to buy a best Android (ICS) mobile for cheapest price, finally bought this mobile.. nLow internal memory only the issue with this phone. But I solved this.nI rooted my mobile, created 2nd partition in SD Card, installed Link2SD app and moved all user apps and games that came with this phone to SDCard.nI have installed 30+ apps... but always having 38 - 40 MB free space.nnGoogle Video hangout, Face recognition amazing... nnUpdate after 1 yr:nInsufficient space is a major issue.. No use at all of this phone, bought a new ASUS Zenfone.

i just received this phone on 25-12-2012 .nnadvantagesn1) good battery backupn2) 1 GB MTK presser and good graphics for gamingn3) camera is good in this segmentn4) sound quality is satisfactory .n5) front camera used for 3g video calling a, sky video calling and hangout etc..n6) touch response is good .n7) free ram 225-250 mb is very goodn8) light saner working properly .n6)build up quality is good and lite .nnconesn1) less internal memoryn2) no google apps accept google play (no gmail,talk,map,youtub…)but is available on google play accept “talk”.n3) screen regulation is not satisfied me .nnalas the phone is good and value of money . i received this phone from flipkart with in 24hrs in new delhi kalkaji aria and i am grate full to flipkart .
