I AM FULLY SATISFY WITH YOUR SERVICE. BUT ONE THING YOU HAVE TO CHANGE IN YOUR SYSTEM THAT YOU ALWAYS SEND INVOICE COPY WITH YOUR GOODS. BECAUSE EVERY PEOPLE DOES NOT HAVE COMPUTER AND PRINTER. SO IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR THEM TO GET WARRANTY MATTER PROBLEM WITHOUT HARD COPY OF A BILL. HOPE YOU WILL CONSIDER THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY AND APPLY IT FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Battery is low as compare to what they have mentioned in product feature. You can buy Spice mobile of same price with better features.

Bought this phone for my mother as she wanted a phone with good battery backup. First impressions are very good. . Pros - Amazing battery life ( lasted 4 days with avg use) - wireless FM - Super speaker clarity - looks well built for this price range. Cons - Very few inbuilt ringtones and wallpapers ( minor one as we can load via sd card) Very good option for anyone looking for a budget phone or backup phone with good battery life.

This is my first buy on Flipkart.. and I was impressed with their timely delivery. Logistic team - thumbs up!nnUntil this moment Mobile Phones - to me - was synonymous with Samsung, Nokia and Motorola.. Cosmetics or the lack of it on a phone don't bother me so long as it serves its purpose. nI need a phone to serve just 2 purposes - for calls and messages. Bought the Lava a few days ago and I was pleasantly surprised!nAn excellent buy and it exceeded my expectations of a phone that cost so less. n1. The clarity of the pics taken with the camera is great - despite the cost.n2. The sound clarity is good - a tad too much treble for my liking but I can live with it. n3. The phone is lightweight but the battery makes it heavy - again something I can live with. n4. The only irksome thing is that there are way tooooo many processes to altering / editing and saving selections. n5. I've be unsuccessful in updating the date and time. There seems to be no options to change it - or maybe I still have to familiarize myself with settings etc... so until then I'm always on the "AM" time slot and on the 3rd of Jan 2014. n6. The vibration mode is darn powerful. I almost fell off my chair when a call came through. lol n4. The Calender is just that - A Calender. No option to add events / appointments etc. nnNevertheless, I'm more that satisfied and I don't think I'm going to buy a technology laden phone where more than 80% of the features may never get used.

One and only product bought from lava. Bought it for my mother. Working fine till date. Touchwood.
