Hey Guys.........m a sale man.....100% doing field work......its vry gud fone for dem lyk me......voice calling clariety is too gud....earlier i was interested to buy philips xenium x513 mobile....but it was nt available anywere.....and after some i saw adds on flpkart about lava fone i.e. 2800mhz.....it is basic fone but it has great battery & very gud calling voice.....thanks to lava for putting great effort!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't recommend this, as the battery didn't last more than 6 hr on standby and even after exchanging the set, it stayed the same. so had to go in for another set! nnThanks flip-kart for exchanging and refunding the funds!

A definitively crappy mobile ! the only good part is the battery but trust me you would end up hitting the mobile on your head every time you use it.nAgreed the mobile is 1799/- only but the interface is just so cumbersome. To dial a number itself takes you 3 clicks everytime, specifying that you just have to call some one.nLet alone that to receive a call also one needs to press the answer twice .nThe hands free volume just cant be adjusted and it is just too low for it to be audible . ( There are volume controls but the volume wont increase . )nThere is no T9 dictionary so again very frustrating to message . nAnd the size please be aware it is very massive, check the dimensions if you really want such a huge phone for yourself !!nOver all for sensible users do not go for this brand .

using this phone for more than a month now and guess what ??? i am charging it for the third time since buying. this phone gives me well over 15 days of battery backup. what's more ? good sound quality speaker.... good call quality.. very bright torch... and it plays music and videos as well ;-) what more do you need in a basic phone ?? plz don't give bad rating to such a nice device just because you expect a sub 2k devise to perform like a super-computer

I bought this phone on 12th may, charged it, and since 6 days, the battery hasn't even discharged 20%. The use was however very basic, but I guess its one of those basic phone whose plus point is simplicity and long standby time (hoping 15 days at least).nnThe contact storage etc are minimal though, but if the calling and talk duration/ standby time is priority one, one can go for it.
