LAVA X38 is best phone in its price range. Got it in Rs.7100 at a local shop. Pros: 1. Looks premium from every angle. 2. NO LAG! 2 GB ram 3. PURE ANDROID. Comes with Android 6 (marshmallow) 4. HD Display. 5. Comes with 1 YEAR FREE SCREEN REPLACEMENT! No other manufacturer gives this. 6. Good network signal indoor. 7. BIG BATTERY lasts for 2 days on 4G. I'm heavy internet user. Cons: Non removable battery

This phone is heating up for no reason, (without sim, sd card, wifi connection & any third party apps). It becomes miserable during the call. Touch gets hang for 5-10sec,wifi gets on automatically & VOLTE gets disabled frequently. I complained flipkat within 48 hrs, they replaid sorry unable to process your request. Then I raised the second complint & got the same reply. Now have to struggle with this handset. So please be aware of this to buy any product from filipkart.

I purchased the phone as I am a loyal Lava customer since 2 years. I have a Lava iris x1 and pixel v2. I thought of purchasing this phone looking at the specs it provided. However, On day 1, the apps like Whatsapp, amazon and even Gallery etc started to crash. Frequently! On day 2, same things happened. Phone also restarted after 4-5 apps were open at the same time. It's funny, they claim to have a strong multi-core processor. Some times, the camera wont open at all! Lags too a bit so cant risk that for a longer term. All these trouble on just the Day 2 of purchase of phone. I had no other option but to return the product. The camera is okay, design wise looks premium and easy to handle. If only the software were compatible and working fine and smooth, I would have used it more than happily.
