I picked up the Lenovo A859 smart phone on 29th April, 2014. Good features and great value for money till such time the phone was working! Within 2 months from the date of purchase, the mic and the ringer unit stopped functioning all of a sudden. I contacted the registered seller and was in turn told to contact Lenovo service centers directly.nLenovo authorized service center (Shrishti Services, Rajaji nagar, Bangalore) took the handset for inspection on 24th June, 2014. They got back to me today, 8th July, 2014 to mention that the Handset has a FAULTY RINGER, MIC and PCB and they need FURTHER TIME To check. Its basically a FAULTY piece.nI feel I have landed up picking up the wrong brand with a substandard service and spares back up! There has been no support from the seller on this matter aswell. nIdeally this is a faulty piece and I need a replacement at the earliest but the seller and the service center are not responding to my clarifications. I am left without a phone for more than 20 days!nVerdict: Good product, BUT just hope that nothing goes wrong with the phone!!

The Phone is pretty decent in it looks, but it lacks the durability factor because of the cheap plastic being used.nnHere's my verdictnnImage clarity : 8/10nSpeaker Output : 5/10nCamera Quality : 8/10nBattery Performance : 6/10nTouch response : 7/10nSpeed: 7/10nBrightness, color and contrast ratio : 7/10nDurability : 5/10nCall clarity : 7/10 nnBut here's where the actual problem starts. The Phone Front Camera went dead and it took 2 weeks for the Service Center to figure out that it's a DOA( Dead on arrival ). I've spent almost a month without my new Phone. The problem came in less than a month of usage. And worst of all, Lenovo customer care sucks. You'll be sent back and forth to the service center.nnHowever Flipkart has been good enough in processing my return and refund.
