My Lenovo phone screen was damaged. I had to run around a lot to find a service center which could replace the screen. After depositing my phone with Lenovo Service Center for one month also they could not get the screen. They gave us some stupid billing problem with china reason.nnOn the top of it they updated the call that phone has been fixed. My phone is still in the same condition after waiting for so long.. PLS DO NOT BUY.

Lenovo disappointed me, I gifted a Lenovo K860 phone to my wife through Flipkart.com. The callers couldn't hear anything clear and then was getting disconnected in between. After a fortnight we found the phone was faulty. We found a service center in Bangalore HCL Bangalore, Indira Nagar and gave the phone for repair on 23 Dec 2013. They informed the mother board was faulty and was not receiving 3G signals. Today is 18Jan 2014, after a month twice they called us saying the phone was repaired, however when we went to collect they said its still having the same fault and they misread the service reports. The phone is still with the service center and they seem very irresponsible. My grievance is longer and will narrate at the right time to the right audience. I wonder if Flipkart/Lenovo can help me in someway or should I seek other ways to get my money and time valued.

Best Flipkart services for their superfast prompt services. nThis phone has hardware problem with the power and volume keys which started behaving abnormally just after 4 months of purchase. The Speaker also has problem as the sound disappears all of a sudden. Go for other models if at all interested to purchase a Lenovo phone. this phone has lots of technical problems and has been discontinued by Lenovo itself. All those who purchased this phone are facing the same problem.

GOOD-nThe phone itself is a very powerful machine.It's Exynos processor never seems to lag,the camera is good,call quality is okay.The screen is one of the most beautiful ones,there is on the market although there is a considerable amount of yellowness in it.The phone looks great too.nBAD-nThe phone seems to crash very often when using chrome so it is recommended that you use the stock browser or another third party browser.nxXl THE DEAL BREAKER lXx -nThis phone is not popular,even Lenovo has dumped the phone as the phone has disappeared from their site and has been replaced by the newer K900,which means there is no update available for it and you will be probably stuck with ICS if you do not flash a ROM.But there are not many ROMs out for it and most of them have lots of issues.Also,if you want to buy a accesory for it,for instance a case or a flipcover,you wouldn't be able to find a good one.Even if you find one on Ebay,the chances are that they are too pricy and poor quality.nVERDICT-nThe phone is great,but has a very limited and passive community.nSELLER REVIEW-nThe seller was really swift.I got my phone in two business days while using standard shipping,with no complaint whatsoever.Keep up the good work WS Retail(They are Flipkart's own sellers and can be trusted)
