I was bought on the MTS PULSE 1500 Plan for 2 month before. Day 1st itself I was facing the battery backup problem. It was hardly 2 to 2.30 hours talk time maximum. But the sales peoples saying 4 hours talk time totally unacceptable. Battery backup is not supporting to use handset features in proper manner. I was escalated to the sales manager on time. But the result was very bad experience. MTS sales peoples initially talking with agreement copy will provided to customer on time but so for the agreement copy was given to me. MTS not issued the Bill Copy for the phone initially. Service aspects were not in htc service Center. Actually I was totally disappointed the MTS HTC pulse Phone. Please anybody having the same problem plz. Call me. My phone is 8122992299. I am hardly trying to come out of the issue. But the MTS is forcing me to use the phone. What to do? How to pay with using the phone. At present my phone was MTS HTC Pulse service centre.
