Firstly I was not sure about Micromax, but decided to take a risk. And I am totally happy for purchasing this phone. No Lags, No poor features, Nothing to be worried about... Best budget phone By INDIA...!!!!! Loved it. :)
best phone at this price in comparison to all other brands. the best thing is its 3g service. great speed of internet
after 5th day of the purchase this phone just started malfunctioning.nsubmitted 3 times in the service center but still have the problems.nhangs several times in a day.... poor product. i must say worst!!!!

I thought to support Micromax as its Indian brand and bought Micromax Canvas 4 and Micromax Bolt A069. Both the phones stopped working within warranty period. After searching for few days luckily I found out that there was a micromax service center faaaar away from me with in Bangalore city. Went there. By the way we are not customers there. We are slaves. We have to listen to what they say. If the lunch break is upto 3pm, then it is upto 3 pm. The staff may come at 3, 3:30, or 4. You have to wait. For a phone costing 6000rs, the service charge will be half of it. 3500. If you can bargain then another 200-300 discount. nn The service centers phone never gets through. NEVER in the lifetime. There is no board out of the service center. We have to trace it. nn Micromax has proved that it is an INDIAN company. Thats why foreign mobiles companies are ruling the market. nn I REQUEST EVERYBODY "NOT" TO BUY MICROMAX PHONE
