Worst experience ever!

Worst product and worst service by Flipkart... I never expected that Flipkart will deliver the defected products. I have requested for return but they are rejected for no reason.. now almost 10 days going to be over and I have to deal with this defected mobile... Worst ever shopping experience.... Please don't go for it... nDefect : touch screen is not working properly
