Flipkart service is awesome. They got item replacement once also.nnGC333 is a pathetic product. The ailments are as followsn- Almost inaudible message tone.n- Phone book numbers go blank on itself.n- Main navigation button got faulty with 15 days of operation.n- Silent mode does not vibrate and no custom setting available.n- Music files not updating correctly.n- There are more minor defects.nnPlease don't buy this mobile. Micromax GC333 is a pain. I can't help anymore, others beware. FLIPKART is GOOD. Product USELESS.
