Does the job well!

You will read reviews here of people saying go for Defy instead. Last time I checked, Defy was not CDMA GSM Dual SIM. Yes, it is Android 2.1, and I wish it was a higher version. Battery life is okay, need to charge once a day if using the screen a lot during the day to check mails, etc. But this is the only good smartphone on the market that is both CDMA and GSM dual SIM. If you need such a phone, this is the best option you have. For me it does what it says on the tin, and that's really good enough.

Pretty good phone Update Phone Dead

I had used a Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos I589 phone for a couple of months till i lost it a few days back. Then i decided to get this phone as the price had come down by a few thousand rupees as compared to earlier. I use it on the CDMA network for only making calls so compared to the Galaxy Ace Duos here are my observations: 1. This phone even though it has an older version of Android is faster than the Samsung. 2. The build quality is a lot better and it feels better to hold. 3. The screen clarity and voice clarity is very good and slightly better than the Samsung. 4. The camera is 5 megapixels which is better than Samsung which only has a 3.15 megapixel camera. 5. The one area where the Samsung is better than the Motorola is in battery life. I used to get almost 3 days of usage on a full charge out of the Samsung but the Motorola barely gives me 2 days of usage on a full charge. So to sum it up in most areas the Motorola Milestone XT800 is an excellent choice especially when taking price into consideration. Update - Phone dead after 9 months.

Good phone Motorola XT800

I bought this Motorola XT800 4 months back. I am using CDMA and GSM sim cards in this set. As of now I found this piece too good and very fast in using the tools and apps. Internet is very fast and I am able to use the Corp Mail without any problem. This is realy worth phone for the people who want to use CDMA and GSM facility in one instrument.

the paisa wasuul phone

this is my 7th day with this phone and I feel up up up. ha ha actually I was looking for CDMA gsm phone and the choice r very rare htc desire vc around 20 k Samsungmb galaxy y cdma around 9k but very poor display and galaxy ace duos is also not very good. . so I read about xt-800 with android 2.1 not upgradable but skype.,whats app, viber, talking tom and talking ginger, angry birds, fruitninja, and most of the famous apps and games runs very well in 2.1 android. other plus points r given below @3.7 inch great display with nice contrast ratio @ very well built with nice chrome finish. @very good touch @decent sound output. @decent camera and battery. @HDMI port minus points r given below. @Average processing speed 550 mhz @less internal memory and ram 256mb VERDICT GREAT TO PURCHASE THIS PHONE UNDER 9K THANKS MOTOROLA
