Worst ever experience with Flipkart

Hello Flipkart,nAs I am unable to get my issue properly through your customer care, I want to echo here.nnI had called your customercare regarding my order OD506613772183224000. It is cancelled without my intervention after a week from the time when I ordered. nI have been waiting for my order expecting that it will get delivered tomorrow.nNow I got a message saying like order got cancelled and I have to wait for 7-10 days for refund.nIs it a new business that Flipkart started? keeping customer money for 15days to get more interest?nnAnd when I call customer care I didnt get proper answer.nnis this the way that you resolve customer issues?
