Worst product of BSNL , NO support available , battery charging issue along with the battery draining very fast , just 5 months back purchased When contacted cust care of flipkart - told to contact bsnl cust care When contacted cust care of bank - told flipkart is not the authorised distributor of bsnl so will have to pay charges at service center which is too far to go Worst experience with bsnl in coordination with flipkart Why flipkart is selling when it is unauthorized to sell as in this case
In the product discrepation ram was showing 2 gb in when I am check it was only 1.16gb and rom showing 16 but only 11. There are no space to add new apps because there are many waste apps already install by the penta you can not remove these apps
