Poor quality

Very bad product,please don't buy.I bought as i want to gift to my dad.within 1 month there was charging problem.I visit nearest reliance Lava Gallery they told problem cant be solved ,have to send to noida.very Bad customer care both in gallery and on customer care numbers.n I saw i was not the only sufferer lots of crowd having lots of issue on their new phones,secondly its a CDMA phone.when i asked for temporary phone till then ,replied have none ,having only GSM phone(NO LOGIC).they promise that the phone will get after 15 days,but even after that i didn't got.calling on customer care number absolutely waste of time,they only assured i will get,only then i realise i made a very big mistake in my life,after around 25 days i got it.i packed it and haven't tried to use it.

After i bought the mobile it stopped working after 20 days i submitted my mobile in service center they keep it for 15 days and finally when i receive it and use for 3 days the phone goes dead again, i have submitted more than 4 times and every time its the same issue after communicating to the customer service they are unable to resolve the phone is still in the service center and i have ended up spending more than the purchase price.
