Bought this Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 for my daughter and when it was delivered, the Samsung package seal was broken. It looked like the packing / phone had been opened by someone else. I called Flipkart customer service the next day and without much discussion, they immediately processed a replacement on the phone, which was delivered 2-3 days later.nnAm quite impressed with this level of service which gives me the confidence to continue purchasing on Flipkart. Everyone sells products, but its how you handle after-sales which is most important, in my opinion...
It is the worst phone of my life. I shall never suggest anyone to buy this phone. I received the phone which starts heating after just the use of 5-10 minutes. After 15 minute you will feel your ears will burn. I received the defective accessories too. Never, expected this from flipkart. However, after many return requests from me and many disapproval from their side finally they have accepted that product I have received is defective. And I hope that I shall get my money back. So, currently I am in the process of sending my phone back to flipkart's warehouse.nnHowever, I don't understand why they always insist on refunding the money in the account's wallet and avoid sending it back to the account from where it was debited. Dear flipkart I had used my hard earned Rs. 18000 for purchasing, absence of which will cause extra charges on my credit card. What purpose will it serve in the wallet.

IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON 5TH FEBRUARY
Its different than the Moto G by many features..n1. MemorynMy preference - Grand 2nnNo, 16Gb inbuilt memory of the MotoG isn't just enough. You need a lot more space. Even though The Grand 2 has 8Gb internal its enough bcz u kno the extendable option is still there.nAlso G2 has 1.5GB ram vs MotoG's 1GB ramnn2. CameranMy preference - Grand 2nn8Mp and 1.9MP front Grand 2 camera vs 5mp moto and 1.3MP Moto G camera.nn3. Display nMy preference - TienMoto G has a smaller display with a little more pixelsnG2 has a larger display with lesser pixelsnFor me, G2 was decent enough and looked classy even with lesser pixels.nAnd i prefer a bigger screen so that depends on you wholly.nn4. OSnMy preference - Moto GnMoto G upgaradable to KitkatnBoth otherwise have the 4.3 Jellybeannn5. Dual SimnMy preference - G2nYou can have two sim cards and use the best features in each.nn6. Stores and Repair CentresnMy preference - G2 in IndianMoto G has to be ordered online and there are no outlets i know of that you can go to to get ur device fixed etc, not sure if even parts are easily available.nG2 is Samsung, need i say more? Anywhere u go u get parts.nn7. Games and AppsnMy preference - G2nnThe Moto G in its 16GB doesnt let you use too many apps at once and ive heard of people saying FIFA 14 lags in it, so obv Asphalt will too. nThe G2 has enough memory to support all the apps you want under one roof and besides all ur songs, pics and movies can be shifted to the memory card to make space for apps unlike in the Moto G.nn8. Only u can decide whether the price is right for you because that depends on how important each feature is to you in the above 6. If you arent happy with things MotoG gives, you go for G2. If u dont need G2 features, stay happy with MotoG.nn9. If u just need a phone for the time being and want to use it in the Short term the MotoG maybe a better option bcz even if it doesnt last long it still wont affect you.nIf ur looking for something long term, G2 is preferrable bcz its got features that will cope with some of the best phones in the market and with upgrades and samsungs cheap and easy servicing it will still be value for money in the long term.nnAll mentioned above is my subjective opinion and it may differ from person to person. I choose G2 because i cant compromise on Memory & Servicing. For that i get advantage of a better camera and bigger screen and dual sim. I lose on Kitkat though. nnChoose wisely. Both are good phones. Depends on what u need. Ive jotted down those features that mattered more to me.
