Sleek, Majestic and really fast! Loved it and is highly recommended! Pros - Processor, Weight, Looks... Cons - Maybe a non-removable battery..Frankly dont find a lot of drawbacks. Currently, the best available tablet in the market! If you have the bucks, go for it!

Hey there this is a review for service. Read Carefully if you are planning to buy Z series Phone/TabletnnI have been using this phone from 1.5 Years. Yes, the device is GREAT BUT i dropped the phone from 2 feet and i got a crack and touchscreen is not working. Other things are working properly.nnSo, i asked at service center and they told there is only one solution get it replaced by paying 80% of the current price for the XZ.nnI have confirmed to sony by email and even call. They have told me the same.nI understands the thing that this is a waterproof phone so can't be opened here in india and they have to send it to china.nnAnd anything in your phone e.g. microphone, speaker, power button, anything will get faulty you have to pay 80% if it is out of warranty. And also remember if you have physical damage it will not count in Warranty. so 80% rule will apply here too.nnALL THE WATERPROOF PHONES i.e. Z SERIES HAVE THE SAME POLICY.nnWhat i though:::>ni though if my phone will be waterproof if i drop it into water it will survive and give me the benefit of this feature. nnWhat actually happened::::>ni drop the phone on the surface not in water. And it will cost me the same as new phone. :(nnWORST OF SONY IN SERVICE POLICY.nnWhy should i pay 21,000 INR for Screen ONLY!..nRather get a new phone instead and obviously not from SONY.nnNow my cracked phone is getting dust on it. No use of that phone!nBy this sony will loose their customer plus prestige and all.nI will Never Purchase SONY.nR.I.P. SONY.

Updated review.In my earlier review, n1) I had mentioned about touch screen issues. Now with a new Android update for Z2 tablet, they have disappeared. The touch is now fantastic. Also don't compare it with the touch speed of 4 or 5 inch Sony Z series phones, since 10.1 inch is a huge screen.nn2) Since the Z2 tablet did not come with a scratch guard, I bough a new one from amazon.in which is specially made for this product. It costs 699 rs.nn3) Extras: You get a free Z2 tablet case with this buy from flipkart. So don't search for any case or pouch for this. However, the case makes it feel bulky in your hands, and with out it it's feather weight as compared to other tablets.nnCons: None worth reporting now. It's a fantastic water proof tablet. You won't regret buying it and keeping it for next 3 years at least.

Exeptional built quality,processing power,RAM,.....No words to describe it ITs Just Beyond Amazing...Games play awesome,videos play amazing,multitasking is at its highest.Overall it feels so light yet backed up by a powerful hardware. Sony kept it simple and made a monster Sony Rocks

Excellent tablet. I nearly waited 1 yr compared galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition, xperia z or z2 tab ipad air and then came galaxy tab s 10.5 I cud hav bought note 10 2014 edition if IT wd been 460_80 gms. IT was 539gm Tab s 10.5 Is very good but I dont like the amoled screen I think All amoled look yellowish as compared to ips display. Cheap feeling leathery back, And the bezels so thin that u struggle to hold in landscape scape mode, infact I bought xperia z2 only bcoz IT has great looking and comfortable to hold bezels Samsung tablets dont have the Superclass feeling sony has Ipad, I dont know why I dint choose probably I thought ipad Is somewhat restrictive. U can easily put otg cables pendrives Copy n move files in All high end android ones Also ipad and samsung have physical home btn which u have to press many times during the day, sony has touch only which Is cool Pros........many Superclass and premium feel Great looking Good build Very light 439gm Touch Is smooth like butter Performance, dont worry Videos photos look great Otg supports pendrives, keyboard mouse, even wireless logitech ones. IT Also recognized my 500 gb Hard disk I thought 6000 mah battery wd be terrible but its not. on average use IT lasts 1.5 to 2 days On extensive use lasts one day full at 65% brightness Cons.......few Cud hav been little thicker to make IT not feel delicate So they cd hv added a little more battery Display Is a bit dim. hv to use brightness nearly of 65% to get my used to whiteness. Still IT Is not as Lg, ipad display which are fresh or pure white. 224 ppi display Is a little less but its ok One more thing, the back button home btn sud hv been placed to one side, u cannot reach them in landscape mode.
