Have been using Spice MI-500 for one year. Spice Mobiles are best until you require any spare parts for it. Once you require any spare part like screen, battery then you can conveniently throw it in the dust bin. I am struggling to get the battery for MI-500 in the local market without any success. It's customer care is pathetic, nobody will respond ever to your phones and E-mail. Will recommend never to go for Spice Mobiles, although nobody could convince if some one is hell bent to invest its hard earned money into this crap

Bought MI-550 in Nov 2013; Display issues since purchase. Replacement assured but not done because "No replacement after 7 days of purchas" !! Finally gave for repair on 16th Jan 2014 ; till date have not got it back. Customer Care keeps saying "Under Process', but no idea whether my phone will be given back or not. So Beware, do not buy Spice Products, As after sales is pathetic.

I bought a Spice Mi 550 from Saholic.com. Recently, my phone's screen got damaged. When I went to the authorized Spice service center (Fine Fone Solution, Jayanagar), they informed me that the cost of repairing the same is INR 9,500. I am clueless, that how come INR 9,500 can be charged just for replacing the screen of a phone which I bought at INR 10,000.nnIf it's an actual quote, it is an open loot by Spice. YOU CAN"T JUST BUY A PHONE EVERYDAY AND THROW IT ONCE SCREEN IS GONE.nnAvoid Spice Mobiles as much as possible. Or at the very best do make these aspects clear before purchasig.

Phone Quality is Good Cost is Rs.10000 Touch Change cost is Rs.76000. Is this not Cheating? Service Center no response. I loose my faith from Spice.

mobile is good but battery backup to too short and bad point of spice mobile is after sale service, which is not easily available in india
