dear friends!nafter searching many products i decided to choose a spice stellar pad mi-1010 from the Saholic website,as it was not available on flipkart site. but the product isn't working as i tried to operate this. then i sent a mail to the saholic. they told me that you have to go nearby service center and have to obtain "Dead on arrival" certificate then we will change it. it is really pathetic to go for service center without using and spending so much money. i went there at service center after huffing and puffing. but found it closed at Mira road (Mumbai).many of the other service center are closed already but they are showing them on it's site.overall it's a bad experience.i wont recommend anyone to buy from spice.

This is not a review of Flipkart Service. Flipkart service is excellent. This is a review of the pathetic service provided by Spice tablets CSC. I had not brought this product. I had brought Spice Mi-1010 tablet through Flip Kart on 12 Feb. When I had purchased the product, I was quite happy with it. I had given good reviews. Unfortunately, now I cannot change my review as the item has been permanently discontinued by FlipKart. It lasted till first week of Jul. The Screen suddenly started bulging out. I dont know exactly why???? . Now the screen is coming out and slowly developing cracks. It looks as if the battery is leaking and bulging out. I am afraid to charge, as this may lead to explosion or fire. There is no CSC in the place I live. Unfortunately, there is no other contact, either email or otherwise. Email is worst. No response. Please dont buy anything from Spice. Their customer service after sales is abysmally pathetic. Request that Flipkart can discontinue all spice products, otherwise innocent customers like me will suffer, after paying a hefty sum for the tablet, in my case Rs 13000/-.

I got Stellar Pad 10 in March 2013 (which i liked the most when considered for buying). But the product was dead on arrival, where the company did not agree for replacement. After a month of struggle i got it repaired (ya only repaired) after 30 days WIFI did not work again went behind to repair. When they returned the display is fudged. They did not replace. The product was good until usable, but poor quality stuff. It will give away in short span of time. I would not recommend these tab, instead go for standard Copyright brands one. I hear similar issues with most of users.

I have bought the older version of Spice tab that is MI-720 and believe me from day 1 i was facing problem, it started hanging, there was very less internal space..overall i can say never go for Spice tab...also service center for Spice is worst. 0 Rating.
